Bisgrove Engineering Services delivered MEP engineering to Bistro 31 in the heart of the historic Highland Park Village in Dallas, Texas. MEP Challenges included a wide variety of space constraints necessitating the use of many types of systems to include chilled water, mini-split, DX-split systems, gas and electric heating, and conditioned kitchen hood make up-air. We also used specialty lighting and conditioned outdoor dining.

Bisgrove Engineering services provided full service mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design work for Ascension Coffee House in the art district of Dallas, Texas. From start to finish we pride ourselves on providing well-thought out, detailed execution and planning.

Southpaws Organic Grill is located on the ground floor of the Gables Building in downtown Dallas, Texas. We partnered with Southpaws Grill to facilitate the implementation of of all engineering aspects including mechanical, electrical, HVAC & plumbing. Space constraint challenges necessitated creative engineering for the grill hood systems, HVAC equipment, and grease traps.

Gloria's Latin Cuisine has over 20 locations in Texas. Bisgrove Engineers partnered with Gloria's Latin Cuisine to facilitate the implementation of of all design aspects including Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC & Plumbing. Design Drawings are listed below in the photo gallery.

Bisgrove Engineering Services have prepared mechanical, electrical and plumbing design to countless restaurants. We know restaurants inside and out - from the traffic rated grease interceptor to the variable speed exhaust hoods to meeting the energy code with dimmable fixtures.
